Grooming menus tend to be a wall of jargon. Here's what each service actually involves, who it suits, and when you'd choose one over another.
Dog grooming
Two main grooms — the difference is the haircut
Both include the full hygiene routine. A full groom adds a styled haircut; a basic groom keeps the coat length as it is.
Full Grooming
Around 3 hours · from S$70
The complete service, finished with a haircut in the style you want — teddy bear, puppy cut, breed standard, or simply "shorter and tidier". Bring a photo if you have one in mind.

Basic Grooming
Around 2 hours · from S$45
Everything above except the haircut. Ideal for short-coated breeds, for keeping a dog clean and comfortable between full grooms, or for dogs who find long sessions difficult.

- No haircut — coat length unchanged

Coat & comfort
- De-matting 1 hr Working knots and tangles out of the coat. Priced on size and how bad the matting is — heavy matting sometimes has to be clipped instead, and we'll always ask you first. fromS$20
- De-shedding 30 min Undercoat removal for double-coated breeds. The single best thing you can do about hair on your sofa. fromS$20
- Conditioner treatment 10 min For a softer, shinier coat. Best paired with a basic groom or shower rather than a full groom. fromS$10
- Face cut 30 min Face only — no body trimming. Perfect when the body is fine but they can't see past their fringe. fromS$25
Hygiene & quick visits
- Shower + blow-dry 1 hr A straightforward wash and proper dry, on its own. fromS$30
- Nail clipping 15 min Quick in-and-out visit. Overgrown nails change how a dog walks, so don't leave them. fromS$15
- Clean ears + pluck ear hair 15 min Especially important for floppy-eared and hairy-eared breeds. fromS$15
- Pawpad shaving 15 min – 1 hr Hair between the pads makes floors slippery. A small thing that helps older dogs a lot. fromS$15

Ayurveda Herb Spa
A herbal spa treatment for dogs whose skin and coat need a little more care.

Cat grooming
Cats get their own service list — and their own pace
Cat grooming takes longer and demands different handling, which is why it's priced separately. Sessions are low-restraint and broken up with breaks. If your cat has genuinely had enough, we stop and finish another day rather than force it.
Cat Full Grooming
Around 3 hours · from S$100
Includes a haircut — lion cut, comb cut, or a tidy-up of a coat that's started to mat. The usual choice for long-haired breeds that can't keep on top of their own coat.

Cat Basic Grooming

The full clean-up without a haircut. A good first appointment for a cat that has never been groomed — shorter, gentler, and a chance for them to learn the routine isn't frightening.

Daycare & boarding
Cage-free stays, in a home
Boarding your pet usually means a kennel and a run. Ours means a house — the same cage-free environment we groom in, with an air-conditioned room at night and a deliberately small number of guests.
Slots are limited on purpose. It's the only way every animal staying here gets real attention rather than a rota.

Boarding is best arranged by message first, so we can check dates, meet your pet's needs and confirm a slot is free — especially over school holidays and Chinese New Year.

Or don't come to us at all
Add transport to your booking and we'll collect your pet and bring them home afterwards. Handy if you don't drive, or if car journeys stress your pet more than the groom does.
